I joined the Board in acknowledgement of the support received from SPELD NZ for my son with dyslexia.
I have extensive experience in the field of digital media and is currently Chief Information Officer, NZME Ltd. My passion is leading people with purpose, developing high performing teams and scalable practices to create great customer digital experiences, products and revenue growth. I have demonstrated achievements in Strategy, Management, Digital Product, Sales, Operational and Governance roles. I am a trusted leader in technology delivery and transformation initiatives at scale, with excellent communication and consultation skills, across multiple industries. I have an MBA in General & Strategic Management (Distinction) with a thesis on the use of nanotechnology, an investigation into how disruptive technologies can transform industries.
The specific skills I bring that align with SPELD NZ’s strategic direction are: digital transformation, including the adoption of responsible AI and strategic investment management and prioritisation, through the lens of revenue diversification.
I love to get out early in the morning and run! I have completed several ultramarathons, half-marathons, and a multi-sport adventure race.
With three boys, a dog and two cats my household is mostly busy and always noisy!
